The homes of the Chuhras were on the edges of the pond. After these were more homes of the Tagas. At a right angle to these were the clay walls of the two or three homes of the Jhinwars, another untouchable caste. On one side of the pit were the high walls of the brick homes of the Tagas. Perhaps because its shape was that of a big pit. The pond was called Dabbowali, and it is hard to say how it got that name. Right in front of the cattle shed was a little pond that had created a sort of partition between the Chuhras’ dwellings and the village. Families of Muslim weavers lived on the other side of it. Our house was next to Chandrabhan Taga’s cattle shed. ![]()

In fact, if you believe that dragons are only mythological or made-up creatures, I can tell you with absolute certainty that you’re totally wrong. But it’s not true everywhere, like in the worlds called parallel crystals. After all, it was just a bad dream, because there are no such things as dragons in our world, which is the world that exists in the primary time.
